Chitosan
Chitosan is a chemically processed form of chitin. Chitin is a cellulose-like biopolymer found mainly in the exoskeleton of marine animals such as shrimp, crabs, or lobsters. Chitosan has been used in water purification, oils, and metals.
Recommended Daily Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 capsules 15 minutes before main meals (lunch and dinner).
It is recommended to take at least 1,5L of water per day.
